China succeeds in bringing soil and rock samples from the moon

Four decades later, the Chinese spacecraft was able to bring soil and rock samples from the moon to Earth.

Not only economically, but also in space, China is second to none. Top Chinese officials have called the trip a great success.

According to experts, with the help of lunar soil and rock samples, research will be possible on the humidity of air, water and oxygen on the moon, as well as human habitation.

China is the third country in the world after the United States and Russia to have such a success. The spaceship landed on the moon on December 1, from where it drilled 6 feet and obtained samples weighing 4.4 pounds.

The mission to bring lunar soil and rock samples was called the Cheng Five Mission. During the mission, the lunar vehicle spent a few days on the surface of the moon and collected material to test its geological features.

Earlier, 44 years ago, during the Soviet Union's Luna 24 mission, only 200 grams of soil was collected from the moon's surface for inspection.
